Residential Support Leader for Young Adults

Young Foundations is seeking a Residential Support Worker at Acrefield House, Birkenhead. The role is 40 hours per week on a permanent basis, with a salary of £27,999.72 – £29,428.49 per year (DOE).

The role involves leading and supporting young adults aged 16 to 30 with complex needs, providing structure, life skills coaching, and positive role modelling in both home and community settings. Right to work is required; Enhanced DBS checks apply.
