Wellbeing & Care Assistant
You’ll play a vital role in supporting the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of the people in our care. Through compassionate, person-centred support, you’ll help residents maintain their independence, enjoy meaningful experiences and feel valued every step of the way.
No two days are the same. Three days each week, you’ll support residents during hydrotherapy sessions, helping them feel safe, comfortable and confident throughout their therapy. The remaining two days, you’ll work within Ullswater Cottage, leading and supporting engaging wellbeing activities that promote connection, independence and quality of life.

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, with a 30‑minute unpaid break each shift.
