Progressed Adult Social Worker: Safeguarding & Care Plans

Cheshire East Council is seeking an experienced Progressed Social Worker to join its Adult Social Care service. You will assess needs, identify risks and provide appropriate support to improve quality of life for vulnerable adults and their families.

You will manage a caseload, undertake statutory duties under safeguarding and the Mental Capacity Act, work with health professionals and partner agencies, and mentor less experienced colleagues as required.
