Impactful Social Worker — Pediatric Inpatient Care

Elysium Healthcare is recruiting a Social Worker for Rhodes Wood Hospital in Hatfield, a specialist inpatient service for children and young people aged 8-18. You will manage a complex caseload, undertake social care assessments and risk assessments, and help develop plans for each young person’s future within a supportive team.

You will report to the Safeguarding Lead and collaborate with local authorities during admission and discharge.
