Employment Specialist: Tailored Pathways to Work

Halton Borough Council is seeking an experienced Employment Specialist to join the Employment, Learning and Skills division. You will provide quality information, advice and guidance to Halton residents and manage a diverse caseload aged 16+.

You will develop CV writing, job search techniques and interview preparation, signpost to specialist organisations, and maintain CRM records to support individuals in progressing into work.
