Reception Host: Warm Welcomes & Guest Care

Village Hotels Bournemouth is seeking a friendly Reception Host to be the first and last impression of our hotel. You will warmly welcome guests, guide them to self-service check-in terminals, and provide hands-on assistance to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.

We value energy, genuine warmth, and the ability to connect with guests. You’ll support the lobby team, upsell food and beverage options, and help create memorable experiences across a busy shift.
