ODF Administrator – Driver Support & Call Center

Winner Recruitment is recruiting an ODF Administrator for our client in Smethwick (B66 1BY). The role involves administrative and customer service support to the Owner Driver Franchise network, ensuring records, documentation and compliance checks are maintained accurately.

The successful candidate will handle a high volume of calls, support onboarding/offboarding of drivers, and update internal systems. Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, temporary ongoing full-time with on-site parking and canteen
