Customer Success & Sales Support Specialist

Postalsort Limited in Belfast is hiring a Customer Service and Sales Support specialist for an immediate start. The permanent, full-time role is office-based in the Titanic Quarter, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with full training and support from the Business Development team.

You will respond to calls and emails, process orders, onboard new customers, and assist the sales team to generate new business while maintaining strong customer relationships. A UK driving licence is desirable.
