Marks & Spencer Plc cafe team is looking for a Café Customer Assistant to join our busy in-store café. This hands-on role focuses on delivering warm, five-star service while preparing and serving food and drinks, and helping customers at the counter.

You’ll use digital tools to take and fulfill orders quickly, uphold strict food safety standards, work with colleagues to keep the cafe running smoothly, and adapt to peak periods with a calm, positive attitude.
