Customer Service Agent – Fast-Paced, Multi-Task Role + Bonus

Northgate Vehicle Hire in Portsmouth is seeking a Customer Service Agent to coordinate vehicle movements, handle customer queries and support colleagues across the branch with a calm, can-do attitude and strong administration skills.

We offer a great base salary (£28,734 pa) with a quarterly bonus up to £1,387 OTE, 42.5 weekly hours on a rota (including weekends) and a robust benefits package. You will be the first point of contact delivering the Northgate experience.
