Hybrid Insurance Customer Service Advisor

NFU Mutual in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers during challenging moments within our Avon Insurance team. You will be the first point of contact, handling policy details, changes, and sensitive bereavement calls, in a role that goes beyond a traditional call centre.
