Facilities & Grounds Technician – Flexible (Manchester)

Bruntwood is seeking a Facilities Team Member to maintain the external grounds across our Manchester buildings and support the building teams. The role involves mowing, weeding, litter picking, and assisting with PPM tasks such as fire testing and emergency lighting.

A company van is provided and a valid UK driver’s license is required. Based in our Valo, Lumina Village and surrounding Manchester sites, the role offers a 40-hour week with flexibility to work across multiple locations.
