Online Fulfillment Associate (Early Shifts)

Sainsbury’s is seeking an Online Assistant to support our online customers from our stores in the United Kingdom. You’ll pick and prepare items for home delivery, handle substitutions where needed, and use a handheld device to plan routes and manage order accuracy.

You will also assist with customer queries, process orders, and help load vans for Home Delivery Drivers while building product knowledge to provide confident recommendations. Flexibility across store areas is required.
