Head Bartender: Lead Craft Cocktails & Staff Mentorship

Soho House is seeking a Head Bartender to oversee daily beverage service, maintain high presentation standards, and deliver a refined experience for our members and guests. You will lead by example, showcasing exceptional mixology skills and guest service, in close partnership with the Bar Manager.

You will train junior staff, manage stock and cleanliness, and support the development of innovative menus, ensuring smooth bar operation and the club’s elevated service ethos.
