Lead Tutor — Shape 16–25 Study Programme

Coventry City Council’s Adult Education Service is seeking a Lead Tutor to guide the Study Programme for 16–25 year olds. You will lead high-quality learning, coordinate delivery, and work with Learning Support Assistants to ensure excellent learner outcomes.

Candidates should bring strong teaching experience, commitment to inclusive education, and leadership skills to mentor tutors and shape curriculum delivery across multiple sites in Coventry. DBS and Right to Work checks apply.
