Lead Chef – Skye Bistro, Seasonal Scottish Cuisine

Perle Hotels Limited is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Dulse & Brose, the signature restaurant at The Bosville Hotel in Portree. You will shape a modern Scottish bistro using Skye’s larder, leading a kitchen team to deliver confident, reliable service in a relaxed yet refined setting.

You will work closely with Hotel leadership to create a welcoming dining experience rooted in place, with a focus on seasonal menus, consistency, and craft on the Isle of Skye.
