Inspiring SEND Teacher for 5-16 | Trauma-Informed Classrooms

Step Teachers are seeking a SEND Teacher for a long-term, full-time role starting September 2026 at an alternative provision in King’s Lynn. You will deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons to pupils aged 5-16 with SEND, adapting to EHCP targets and creating a calm, inclusive learning environment.

Applicants should hold QTS or equivalent and have experience with SEND/SEMH, strong behaviour management, and trauma-informed practice.
