Service Specialist: Commission Sales, Training & Flexible Hours

Topps Tiles is the UK’s number one tile retailer, and Topps Group is hiring a Sales Assistant (Service Specialist) to help customers visualise projects. The role is 30 hours per week with some weekend work.

Pay is £12.71 per hour for aged 21 and above and £10.85 per hour for aged 20 and below, plus personal sales commission. You’ll be part of a small, supportive team, develop consultative selling skills, ask the right questions, and recommend products with confidence.
