Dynamic Inbound/Outbound Sales Consultant

OneFamily in Brighton is seeking an outbound/inbound Sales Consultant to be the voice of our brand. You’ll handle inbound and occasional outbound calls, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable financial solutions while explaining OneFamily products clearly.

This full-time role requires strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and active listening. You’ll build rapport, keep customer records accurate, meet sales targets, and work collaboratively to uphold Consumer Duty.
