ERS is the UK’s largest specialist motor insurer and is seeking a Claims Technician in Swansea to join a fast-paced team delivering excellent service. You will record new claims, handle inquiries, and negotiate settlements efficiently and fairly under policy wording and the Claims Handling Manual.

Work focuses on delivering first-class customer experience, applying FCA/PRA controls, and maintaining accurate claim estimates while using approved suppliers.
