Onsite HR & IR Manager – Oil & Gas Project

Ledwood are seeking an experienced HR/IR Manager to be based on site at Point of Ayr, North Wales, for an 18–24 month assignment. You will oversee all HR and industrial relations activities, drive workforce planning, ensure legal compliance, and maintain positive relationships with the workforce, management and external stakeholders.
