Outpatient Booking Specialist

Liverpool Women’s NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Booking Clerk to join the Patient Access Centre at Liverpool Women’s Hospital on a fixed-term basis. The post focuses on managing the outpatient appointment phone line and scheduling patient appointments to ensure a smooth, patient-centered service.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, computer literate, and able to learn systems such as e-Referral, Hospital PAS, Outlook and Excel.
