About The Role
In this role, you will be required to:
- To develop and manage IDAS’s volunteer programme, including a peer mentoring scheme.
- To ensure that services are provided in accordance with the policies and procedures of IDAS.
- To develop and maintain excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders, agencies and funders.
- To ensure that all volunteers have access to consistent and regular training, supervision and support.
- To ensure that standards are continually monitored and evaluated with a view to achieving a level of excellence in the provision of volunteers and the peer mentoring service.
- To assist in the development and delivery of an online peer mentoring system.
