We’re looking for passionate Beauty Advisors to join an exciting luxury beauty retailer in Liverpool.

If you have a passion for beauty, skincare, fragrance, and makeup, and love creating unforgettable customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering exceptional customer service with a personalised approach
• Sharing your passion and knowledge of beauty products to inspire customers
• Driving sales while achieving individual and team targets
• Creating memorable in store experiences through expert product recommendations
• Maintaining high visual merchandising and presentation standards
• Building lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
• Working collaboratively as part of a dynamic luxury beauty team

What we’re looking for:

• A genuine passion for beauty and luxury retail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A confident, friendly, and professional approach
• Previous experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, or retail is desirable but not essential
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
• A results driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets
