Strategic Commercial Director – UK & Ireland

Recordati is seeking a strategic Commercial Leader for the UK and Ireland to drive profitable growth across both markets. You will develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies for SPC growth brands, while directly managing Field Sales and Partnership teams, including target setting and performance reviews.

You will lead forecasting, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product launches and market access, reporting to the General Manager UK & Ireland.
