Head of UK Launch & Growth

Whatnot is seeking a Head of Launch for the UK market to define strategy, build communities, and drive seller and category growth. You will lead a cross-functional team, set KPIs, and coordinate with product, marketing, and operations to launch new verticals in the UK.

You will own the rollout plan, identify priority categories, and build repeatable launch playbooks while ensuring strong market understanding of UK consumer culture. Remote-friendly with London hub alignment.
