Growth Lead, DTC Scale-Up with Equity

The Growth Foundation is seeking a brilliant Head of Growth to join its senior leadership in London. You will own the growth engine across paid media, CRM, retention and subscription, with hands-on ownership of analytics, landing pages, and the customer journey.

You’ll scale a fast-growing DTC brand, manage budgets across Meta, Google, affiliates and influencers, build a high-performing growth team and report to the Founder and executive team.
