Do you want to be the Deli Supervisor / Manager of a brand new in-store hot food / deli counter following the complete refurbishment of our Kennys Foodfare Randalstown Store (just off M2 Roundabout – Ballygrooby)?
You will be responsible for the daily hot food and deli provision in the store. This includes a full breakfast and lunch offering, salad bar (wraps, paninis, sandwiches, salad boxes), rotisserie chickens and bread/pastries.
This is a hands on role working with and co-ordinating your team of deli assistants . The role will also include overseeing all EHO paperwork & requirements, organising orders from suppliers, weekly menu planning, managing daily/weekly and monthly cleaning .
Experience in working in/running a busy deli or hot food counter is essential. This includes experience in managing staff, EHO standards and paperwork, preparing and ensuring a high standard of hot and cold counters on a daily basis.
Hours 6am to 3pm (5 shifts per week – including 1 shift on Saturday or Sunday) – no evenings!
Rate of pay £13.50- 14.50 depending on experience.
