The Role: As Head of Residential, you will:
- Lead and manage the residential conveyancing department, overseeing fee earners and support staf
- Play a key role in developing the department’s strategy, client base, and service delivery
- Drive team performance, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Represent the firm in business development, networking, and client relationship management
Requirements: ✅ Significant experience in residential property law, ideally 6+ years PQE
✅ Strong technical ability across all conveyancing matters
✅ Previous experience leading or supervising a team
✅ Excellent commercial awareness and client-facing skills
✅ Ambition to progress into Director-level leadership
