Class 1 (C+E) Drivers
looking for regular work delivering
chilled, frozen, and ambient food products
to supermarkets, retail stores, RDCs, NDCs, and convenience outlets throughout the UK.The role involves operating modern
refrigerated articulated vehicles
fitted with temperature-controlled trailers, ensuring products are delivered safely while maintaining the cold chain throughout the journey. Drivers will normally complete
2 to 3 local store deliveries per shift , with routes carefully planned to maximise efficiency and remain fully compliant with Driver’s Hours Regulations and the Working Time Directive.Deliveries are completed using
tail lifts
and electric pump trucks, with goods supplied in roll cages or palletised loads. Drivers will be responsible for safely unloading at store locations while providing excellent customer service and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.This is an ongoing opportunity offering consistent work, excellent PAYE rates, and direct employment through Millison Chase Limited.Pay & Progression

Delivering chilled, frozen, and ambient food products to retail storesCompleting 2 to 3 store deliveries per shiftOperating refrigerated Class 1 articulated vehiclesUsing tail lifts and electric pump trucks for store deliveriesCarrying out daily vehicle and trailer safety checksCompleting delivery paperwork accuratelyMaintaining temperature control throughout deliveriesFollowing Driver’s Hours and Tachograph RegulationsProviding excellent customer service at delivery locationsOperating vehicles safely and professionally at all timesRequirements
Valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) LicenceValid Driver CPC CardDigital Tachograph CardMinimum 1 year’s Class 1 driving experience preferredPrevious refrigerated or store delivery experience desirableGood communication and customer service skillsReliable and professional attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamLegal right to work in the United Kingdom and ability to provide documentationWe do NOT sponsor work visas
