As a Healthcare Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to our residents, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, dignity and wellbeing.Your duties will include:Providing high-quality personal and emotional care to residentsSupporting residents with their daily routines and individual care needsAdministering medication safely and in accordance with policies and proceduresMaintaining accurate care records and documentationFollowing care home regulations, safeguarding procedures and best practicesWorking effectively as part of a dedicated care teamPromoting residents’ independence, dignity and choiceTravelling between our
three Widnes care homes
when requiredEssential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you
must :Have a minimum of
12 months’ experience
working in a care/healthcare settingHave experience
administering medicationHave a good working knowledge of
care home regulations and standardsBe confident working independently and as part of a teamBe reliable, professional and committed to providing excellent careHave the
ability to travel between our three care homes in Widnes
