Youll be the friendly face our customers rely on – from initial consultation to aftercare.This is a rewarding and varied role, ideal for someone who is compassionate, organised and passionate about making a difference in peoples lives.ResponsibilitiesAssist with hearing screening and pre-consultation proceduresSupport Audiologists during hearing tests and fittingsProvide advice on hearing aid care, maintenance and useDeliver ongoing customer support including follow-up appointments and adjustmentsMaintain accurate customer records and handle administrative tasks and handle administrative tasksContribute to the day-to-day smooth running of the hearing care service in-branch and medical centresStay informed about hearing care products and developmentsWhat were looking forWe are looking for someone with a friendly, patient-focused approach and excellent communication skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.The ideal candidate should be willing to learn and undergo training; while previous experience is a bonus, it is not essential. Confidence in using technology and handling equipment is important.
