Senior Pharmacist – Stroke & Neurosciences (Band 7)

Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a senior clinical pharmacist to join the Neurosciences Team at Charing Cross Hospital on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. You will provide clinical care for patients on the Hyper Acute Stroke Unit and neurology wards, support outpatient prescribing, and assist with ward-based dispensing and medication reconciliation.

The role involves leadership on service improvement, development of guidelines, and active participation in CPD.
