Commercial Counsel – Contracts, Data & Compliance (London)

Arbuthnot Yon in London is seeking a Legal Counsel with 1–4 PQE to focus on commercial contracts and to contribute to a fast-growing business.

You will draft and negotiate procurement contracts, customer agreements, B2B and B2C arrangements, and technology-related contracts, while supporting corporate governance, data protection and compliance, and assisting with integration projects from recent acquisitions.
