Education Contracts Lead: Drive Delivery & Renewal

IRIS Software Group is seeking an experienced Customer Contracts Specialist to own contracts end-to-end, from delivery through renewal, and to act as the main contact for customers.

You’ll work cross-functionally with delivery, finance and legal to ensure contracts are delivered in line with terms, SLAs and commitments while building trusted relationships that drive positive commercial outcomes.
