Customer Experience Manager (Vet Clinic)

The Pet Vet Portsmouth is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead our front‑of‑house team and deliver outstanding service for pets and their owners.

You will supervise Customer Experience Coordinators, greet clients, guide them to seating, manage check‑in and check‑out on tablets, and upsell our Pet Health Plan.

We support training through BVRA CPD and offer benefits including profit share, long service recognition, income protection and surgery discounts.
