Area Manager – 24/7 Warehouse Ops Leader

Ocado Logistics is seeking an Area Manager to lead and develop frontline teams across our 24/7 fulfilment network. You will drive safety, performance and staff engagement, delivering against KPIs while maintaining a supportive, high‑performing culture.

Candidates will have warehouse or logistics management experience, strong HSE knowledge, excellent communication and data literacy, and a track record of coaching, investigations, and continuous improvement.
