Backend Engineer — Own End-to-End Fintech Services

Aslan is seeking a Backend Engineer to own end-to-end back-end services that power payroll-related features. You will design, build, ship, observe, and iterate on resilient APIs and event-driven workflows on AWS, with PostgreSQL and a strong emphasis on correctness and reliability.

You will influence product decisions, defend technical tradeoffs, and partner with frontend teams to deliver robust, scalable payroll solutions in a fintech environment.
