Lead UX Researcher – Hybrid, High-Impact, Scale

Asda is seeking a Lead UX Researcher to shape customer insight across Asda’s digital and ecommerce journeys. This on-site role at Asda House in Leeds leads a small team of researchers, driving high-impact studies and embedding research into product decisions.

You will work at the intersection of product, design, data and business teams, guiding research standards and ensuring customer insight informs where to focus and how to improve experiences across Groceries, George.com and related platforms.
