Senior Residential Child Care Officer – Empowering Children

Birmingham Children’s Trust in Birmingham is seeking experienced Residential Child Care Officers to support children and young people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs. You will develop personalised care plans, promote safety, and help develop daily living skills in a 24-hour residential setting.

The role requires shift work, occasional weekends and bank holidays, and you will work with families, schools and social workers to deliver tailored activities.
