Country Court Care are seeking an Experienced Registered Nurse Care Home Manager to oversee Eccleshare Court and Swanholme Court Nursing Homes in Lincoln. The role requires governance, leadership and clinical oversight across both homes in a family-run environment.
Salary is £70,000 per annum plus bonus; the successful candidate will be registered as a nurse home manager with CQC and hold an NMC PIN, with strong dementia care experience.
