Continence Specialist Nurse – Community & Home Care

Stockport NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Continence Specialist Nurse to join a nurse-led community clinic. You will carry out high level clinical assessments and reviews, develop and implement clinical care plans, and support patients in their own homes, in partnership with urologists from Stepping Hill.
