Senior Community Nursing Lead (Band 7)

NHS Scotland is seeking an experienced Senior Charge Nurse to lead the Uist Community Nursing Team. This permanent Band 7 post is 36 hours per week and includes clinical leadership and operational management responsibilities within NHS Western Isles.

The successful applicant will oversee care for patients at home, in care homes and CTAC centres, and may consider secondments. Relocation expenses are available for a permanent post, with PVG registration required.
