Clinical Lead Nurse (General) — Mentor & Care Home Leader

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Senior Nurse (General) to lead a care home team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will act as a hands-on clinical leader, ensuring residents with diverse mental and physical needs receive safe, compassionate care.

You will mentor staff, oversee care plans, and oversee medicine administration in line with NMC regulations, DoLs/MCA, and pharmacy guidelines. Your leadership will be valued and supported within a collaborative team.
