Community Mental Health Nurse (Band 6) – Recovery Focus

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse to provide specialist assessment, care planning and coordination for adults with serious mental health needs in West Norfolk CMHT.

The role is open to Band 6s or Band 5s who have completed their preceptorship; working within a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and independence in the community.
