Commercial & Customer Experience Lead for Live Venues

The Core at Corby Cube is seeking a Commercial and Customer Experience Manager to lead our customer-facing teams and grow income from venue hire and events, while delivering an inclusive and exceptional experience for every guest.

You will oversee front of house, bars, back-stage spaces and safeguarding, develop commercial opportunities, and work with marketing to drive partnerships and donations in support of the organisation’s goals.
