Head of European Conference Operations

Retail Insights is seeking a hands-on operations professional to own the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually, handling venues, suppliers, on-site teams and the attendee experience. The role is based in London and requires a calm, detail-driven approach to delivering seamless events.

You will join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team and manage a 40-person on-site volunteer crew, coordinate with venues, and ensure every conference runs on time and within budget.
