Product Design Lead — Global UX/UI Team

Metrea seeks a Product Design Lead to guide a team of designers responsible for UI/UX across our software products. You will ensure the design function has the people, tools, and frameworks to deliver functionally excellent and aesthetically compelling software.

This is a team leadership role, not a hands-on design position, with base options in London or Stockholm and a hybrid work setup requiring office presence three days a week.
