Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Multi-Skilled

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join the Minehead team. The role covers planned preventative maintenance, reactive works to building plant and systems, small installations, and responding to site emergencies.

You will carry out PPM tasks, report defects, coordinate with subcontractors, maintain logs, and uphold CBRE’s professional standards and safety policies.
