Station Environmental Steward: Cleanliness & Customer Care

Transport for Wales is recruiting a Station Environmental Operative to join our Customer Operations Team. The role involves ensuring a clean, welcoming environment at stations and bus interchanges while delivering excellent customer service and assisting passengers with queries.

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, is essential. Welsh language skills are welcome but not required. We support learning and development opportunities within Wales’ transport network.
